One of the most beautiful temples in Busan, its unusual location by the sea adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Expect to climb 108 steps to get a closer look at this amazing landmark, which boasts a three-story pagoda decorated with lions. Once inside, your guide will explain the legend of the Great Goddess Buddha, who lives in the sea and is said to appear on the back of a dragon.

This fascinating excursion starts with a Korean BBQ. The term Korean barbecue or Gogigui (meat roast) in Korean refers to the Korean method of roasting various types of meat and vegetable. Cheonjeyeon Falls--the pond of God--is a three-part cascade. Around the falls, a variety of plant life thrives, including the rare solipnan reeds. To the east, there is a cave where cold water pours from the ceiling to create a waterfall. The water from the first waterfall becomes the second and third waterfalls and flows into the sea. In Cheonjeyeon Valley, you will see the Seonimgyo Bridge with seven nymphs carved on the side and and the octagonal Cheonjeru Tower. The surface of the Cheonjeru Tower is features a painting that tells Cheonjeyeon's legend of the nymph and mountain god. Every other May, the Chilseonyeo Festival is held here.

Seongeup Folk Village is a small town located at the foot of Mt Halla on Jeju Island. Cultural properties in the folk village have been handed down from generation to generation and include treasures such as residential houses, Confucian shrines and schools, ancient government offices, stone statues, large millstones (pulled by horses or oxen), fortress ruins and stone monuments.
