Board the HIPPOtrip vehicle at the pier for a 2-hour-and-30-minute panoramic guided tour of the city, including a 25-minute journey along the Tagus River.

Board a traditional Portuguese tram (3 steps) for an approximately one-hour ride that passes the Parliament, the cathedral and the Santa Luzia Belvedere. Catch a glimpse of the Old City and the Tagus River while enjoying port wine and pasteis de Belém, a traditional Portuguese pastry. (Guests under 21 years will be served a soft drink.) The ride ends at Blackhorse Square.

Enjoy a 30-minute visit to a historically accurate replica of the caravel La Pinta, which is anchored in the harbor. On the mountain you’ll see the ruins of an Iron Age settlement and visit a small archaeology museum. There is also a mirador (viewpoint) above the mouth of River Miño, with spectacular views of both Spain and Portugal. Note: This tour includes approximately 1.4 miles of walking at a steady pace, part of which will be on cobblestones and uneven surfaces and uphill, including stairs. Wear comfortable shoes.
