Walk along the cobblestone streets and admire the city’s colonial buildings, most of which were rebuilt after the 1770s earthquake, leading to its designation as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit the Jade Maya Museum and Factory to learn about the area’s long tradition of jade mining and jewelry-making. Then, head to the Antigua Brewing Company to sample craft beers perfectly paired with local Guatemalan specialties, while enjoying panoramic views from the brewery’s terrace.


Kayak through the serene, mangrove-lined waters of environmentally protected Camana Bay and enjoy free time exploring the town of the same name. After a safety briefing, you'll set off in a two-seat kayak, paddling through the bay, where the intertwined mangrove roots create an ideal habitat for marine life and birds.
