Holland America Line's youth activities program, Club HAL, offers an array of entertaining events for kids and teens ages 3-17, supervised by a full-time, professionally trained staff. They'll have an opportunity to join other kids their age for arts and crafts, sports, video game competitions, scavenger hunts, challenging team games and themed parties.

Club HAL activities are available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on port days. Lunch is available for participants between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Children must be registered and signed into and out of programming by a parent or guardian.

Experience Half Moon Cay from the natural inner saltwater lagoon on a guided personal watercraft adventure. A short tram ride brings you to the safety briefing area and you’ll have time to get used to your personal sit-on watercraft.

Board the first tender ashore, or have priority tender use, to maximize your time by being the first guests to arrive. For your comfort, you will find your villa outfitted with air-conditioning, a five-person capacity hot tub, refrigerator, ceiling fan, air conditioner, dining area with table and chairs inside, misting shower, and private sun deck.

This special service upgrade is available to those guests who have purchased a Half Moon Cay Beach Villa Package (guests who are waitlisted for a Beach Villa should not purchase this upgrade until they have cleared the waitlist and secured a confirmed Beach Villa booking)

All aboard for a behind-the-scenes peek at the highlights of Half Moon Cay from the comfort of a shaded, open-air tram, accompanied by a professional guide. This excursion is designed to acquaint you with the many and varied visitor areas, activities, and amenities the island offers.

Board a boat with glass-bottom viewers and cross the lagoon, as you learn about Half Moon Cay and Bahamian history, culture, flora and fauna.

The lagoon comprises more than 1,400 acres of protected habitat and is home to numerous species of flora ranging from red mangroves to the ornamental silver buttonwood tree.

Stay dry while exploring Half Moon Cay’s undersea world aboard a new, fully enclosed, air-conditioned, state of the art glass-bottom boat. This vessel is equipped with two viewing areas as well as an open-air top deck, perfect for soaking up the warm Caribbean sun.

After a short drive from the pier, arrive at Yaaman Adventure Park where your comfortable two-seater Dune Buggy awaits.

Enjoy clear blue water and reggae-style hospitality at Bamboo Beach Club. Depart the pier for an approximately 35-minute scenic drive through St. Ann.

Join hands for an exciting climb up the famous Dunn's River Falls. Your climbing guide will take you along the best route and point out the many unique plunge pools you can slide into as you journey upwards. Don't wish to climb the waterfall? No problem. Enjoy clear blue water and reggae-style hospitality at Bamboo Beach Club. Depart the pier for an approximately 35-minute scenic drive through St. Ann. Upon your arrival, enjoy reggae music and champagne welcome drinks as your tour guide takes you to the VIP section.

Board an air-conditioned bus for a drive to Dunn’s River Falls. Meet your guide and climb 600 feet of cool refreshing water as it cascades over natural limestone terraces.

Enjoy a short scenic drive, in air-conditioned comfort, along Jamaica's beautiful coastline to the world-famous Dunn's River Falls. Guides are provided by Dunn's River Falls Park to assist you as you climb through 600 feet of coolly refreshing water. The falls cascade over natural limestone terraces before plunging into the Caribbean Sea.

Climb aboard an air-conditioned motor coach and visit the Cayman Islands Brewery to see how the only beer brewed on the island (Caybrew) is made and bottled. See the brewing process from start to finish and of course there’ll be time at the end for a sample.

At the Cayman Island Yacht Club, you'll board the spacious Allura sailing catamaran and head across the beautiful waters of the North Sound to the stingray sandbar. Feed and pet dozens of wild southern stingrays -- they'll literally eat out of your hand.

Journey into downtown George Town and view several of the city’s most famous landmarks -- Fort George, the Legislative Assembly building, Heroes Square, the Peace Memorial and many of the numerous banks for which Grand Cayman is famous.

Board a state-of-the-art semi-submarine developed for comfort and maximum viewing of the shallow reefs. It departs from the dock right by the cruise ship pier in George Town. The vessel does not submerge; instead you descend into the hull of this cruising underwater observatory and sit in air-conditioned comfort five feet below the surface of the water.

Hop aboard an air-conditioned bus and head south through the historic South Sound area, past Smith Cove and along the coast, to explore the colorful history and wildlife of Grand Cayman.

Start off with a brief lecture followed by time in the shallow water getting familiar with the dive equipment for approximately 1½ hours.

A short transfer from the dock brings you to the dolphin facility of Cayman where the experience of a lifetime takes place. After a brief orientation you will have 30 minutes in the water with the dolphins. Don’t miss this chance to kiss, pet and interact with a dolphin on a submerged platform.
