First, you’ll board a coach for the transfer to Xenses Park, then get set to have some 15 different activity stations play with your senses in a most astounding way. Smile at various visual puns and optical illusions, see different ecosystems, experience the thrill of flying through the air and relax at the park’s natural Xpá. After this multi-sensory visit, you’ll move on to Playa del Carmen for about an hour of free time to go shopping along Quinta Avenida, or 5th Avenue in English. This is Playa del Carmen’s main retail hub and home to countless shops and boutiques both on the main avenue and on its side streets – the perfect place to pick up a Mexican memento. Your return journey to the ship then sees the tour come to an end. Please note: guests must be at least 5 years of age to take part. The tour is considered to be unsuitable for pregnant women and the activities are not recommended for persons with heart problems, a fear of heights, claustrophobia, vertigo, back pain or who have recently undergone surgery. Guests may not weigh more than 135 kg (300 lbs). To use the zip lines, guests must be at least 135 cm (4 ft. 5 in.) in height and weigh at least 40 kg (88 lbs). You will set off on your kayak tour at the Uvas Beach Club and paddle through the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean, all the while being able to observe the wildlife below thanks the kayak's transparent keel. An amazing underwater world of colourful tropical fish and fascinating coral reef formations will unfold right before your eyes. The next leg of the tour will then give you an opportunity to put on your snorkelling gear and take a closer look at the fascinating world and its many colourful inhabitants under the sea. All that activity can only mean one thing: time for a rest. On returning to the gorgeous beach and its facilities, you can simply relax and work on your tan, go for a swim or cool off under a shady umbrella. A drink and a selection of fresh fruit will be served free of charge, but those with a bigger appetite could order food from the restaurant at additional cost.

Promising to deliver a unique subterranean experience, this all-day outing begins when you leave the ship and take the ferry to the mainland. You’ll then board a van and head straight for Río Secreto, an underground world credited to be “Mexico and Central America’s Leading Nature Reserve”. You’ll be taken on a guided tour of these breathtaking caverns that will see you walking, wading and even swimming along parts of the route. The water is crystal-clear, the rock formations are incredible and the stalagmites and stalactites look like long strands of molten candlewax. Once your guided exploration has come to an end, you’ll be able to enjoy a light lunch and a drink. Lastly, you’ll pay a visit to Playa del Carmen and have a chance to do some shopping on Quinta Avenida, or 5th Avenue in English, before catching the ferry back to the ship. Please note: guests must be at least 5 years of age and weigh no more than 113 kg (250 lbs) to take part. Spend a few relaxing hours off the ship in one of Cozumel's most beautiful locations, the Chankanaab National Park, an enchanting beachfront area and protected marine reserve. With only a short drive from the cruise terminal to begin your tour, you can then enjoy the all-inclusive facilities and attractions of the park, among which snorkelling in the shallow beachside waters is one of the most popular. Gear up and indulge in an adventurous swim through the shoals of multi-coloured fish that call the reef their home, but also look out for various underwater statues that form part of the marine reserve. Further attractions in the park included free sea lion shows, the Blue Lagoon inland coral reef to visit, and a lush botanical garden with replicas of Mayan archaeological finds, a reproduction Mayan village and the Hacienda Antigua, the perfect spot to sample different kinds of tequila. While at the park, you'll be free to use the beachfront Palapas (a kind of thatched gazebo), showers, changing rooms, beach chairs and hammocks.

Some islands have all the luck: endless sunshine, friendly locals, gorgeous scenery, pristine beaches and  just as though that wasn't enough  even dolphins swimming in their coastal waters. One such is Grand Cayman and this tour will see you both swim with dolphins and visit its longest beach. Your outing begins with a drive from Georgetown to the Dolphin Cove facility. Next, you'll head down to the natural lagoon for a briefing before you get to play with, touch and ride belly-to-belly with the dolphins. On-site photographers will be busy with their cameras while you are in the water, creating lasting memories of a special experience. After your swim, you may like to purchase some photos and browse for souvenirs while waiting for your transfer down to Seven Mile Beach. This swathe of white sand very nearly does what it says on the tin and actually stretches out over some 6 miles, or roughly 10 kilometres. You'll be dropped at a spot chosen with your comfort in mind, with food and drink on sale and beach chairs for hire (at additional cost not covered by the price of the tour). There'll be sufficient time for you to enjoy all the beach has to offer before you head back to the pier and your ship.

Take some time off the ship and join this fascinating and highly varied tour, which begins with a short drive in an air-conditioned coach to Dolphin Cove, your first stop. Once you have been briefed, you can enjoy a close encounter of the aquatic kind when you meet and greet these endearing sea creatures. On returning to Dolphin Cove, you can re-board the coach for the journey back to George Town and your ship. Please note: you are recommended to wear comfortable clothing, comfortable shoes and swimwear, bring a change of clothes, towels and sunscreen. You are further advised to leave jewellery and any other valuables on board your ship. Guests under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. A waiver form will have to be signed by an adult for all guests under the age of 18. The tour may be run in reverse order. This tour is not suitable for women who are pregnant.

Take yourself off the ship for half a day to discover two of the Cayman Islands' best snorkelling sites, the first of which will be at the wreck of the USS Kittiwake. This former US Navy submarine rescue vessel was in service from 1946 right up to 1994, and then  in 2009  was deliberately sunk at its present location off Seven Mile Beach to provide an artificial reef for local marine wildlife. While you snorkel around the 251 ft./76.5 m wreck, you'll be able to see its main decks, look down smokestacks and catch glimpses of the ship's hull and engine room. Next up is the so-called Cheeseburger Reef  a name that comes from a nearby outlet of a global fast-food brand  where a natural reef system can be enjoyed. At a depth of about 25 ft./7.6 m, you'll be able to snorkel to your heart's content. Finally and time permitting, the outing is rounded off with time to do some shopping in the centre of George Town before you return to the ship.

This fun excursion begins at the pier when you board an air-conditioned coach, together with a guide to provide information and point out places of interest on the way. Leaving George Town, you will take the scenic route past Seven Mile Beach, with a number of stunning five-star hotels to view as you go. A quick stop will be made at the Governor's Residence, the official home of the Governor of the Cayman Islands, after which you will head for the island's famous Sea Turtle Center, the only one of its kind in the world. Here, in El Convento’s the breathtakingly romantic interior courtyard, you’ll try a refreshing cocktail and traditional Puerto Rican fritter. Next, you’ll wind through Plaza de Armas, past City Hall, as you make your way toward Chocobar Cortés, a chocolatier that’s been run by the Cortés family for four generations, since 1929. Delight in the chocolatier’s specialty of dark chocolate squares on cheddar cheese, churros dipped in chocolate and Puerto Rican coffee infused with chocolate. Digesting this, you’ll head upstairs to explore exhibits in the family’s art gallery run by its nonprofit Fundación Casa Cortés, whose mission promotes Caribbean art and culture in the region through education. The foundation’s post-Hurricane Maria efforts, which turned its gallery into a school for 105 local children and teachers for three months following the devastation, have been heralded throughout Puerto Rico. Leaving Calle San Francisco, you’ll head to Lounge Cultura, a private 19th-century three-story home turned culinary school on Calle Tanca. Here, you’ll participate in a hands-on experience making “mofongo” with cassava and stewed chicken using a mortar and pestle, and learn to shake a traditional Puerto Rican passion cocktail. With more than 80% of the world’s rum coming from Puerto Rico, no tour would be complete without a piña colada, the national drink of Puerto Rico that originated in San Juan. On this note, you’ll end the night with a quick stop for dessert at Señor Paleta, where you’ll enjoy a refreshing artisanal gelato or sorbet paleta, before heading to La Casita de Rones, the official bar and distributor of Rums of Puerto Rico. Here, you’ll get a history tour of the protected landmark building, a lesson on Puerto Rican rum, including Don Q and Barrilito, and learn how to make the fruity cocktail. What better way to end a relaxing day on the ship than with a leisurely stroll through beautiful Old San Juan. Situated on its own little island and home to a slew of historical landmarks, Old San Juan is not only a joy to explore, but also affords priceless views of the sun setting over the Caribbean Sea. Your fully guided tour begins with a short walk from the pier to start your journey at La Princesa Boulevard. You will walk along the city walls and fountains, soak up amazing views of San Juan bay, and reach San Juan Gate, which is a few steps to Monumento a la Rogativa which commemorates a torch-lit procession held by the town’s womenfolk at the end of the 18th century to thwart British attempts to besiege the town. The ladies succeeded, the British fled and the city was spared. You’ll have some time to take photos before continuing to the grounds of San Felipe del Morro Castle. You will also walk through Ballaja Sector, Quincentennial Square, San Jose Square, down Cristo Street, and to Cristo’s Chapel. Your tour ends after you are escorted back to the ship. Favoured by Puerto Rico’s rich volcanic soil and climate, coffee has numbered among the island’s major crops since the 18th century and has given rise to a rich coffee culture, a taste of which you can savour on this interesting tour through the historical district of San Juan. To set the mood, the tour begins with a delicious cup of freshly brewed Puerto Rican café con leche, to which your friendly barista will add his own personal latté-art flourish. As you then stroll through the streets of Old San Juan, your guide will tell you about the island’s historical ties with the black beverage as well as how coffee and the church are connected. A photo stop will be made at Plaza de Colón and the statue of Christopher Columbus, which was erected to mark the 400th anniversary of his discovery of Puerto Rico. You’ll also get to see some of the oldest churches in the western hemisphere, the main Plaza de Armas with its “Four Seasons” fountain as well as San Juan city hall, a replica of the one in Madrid. Then, to end our historical walk we will get refreshed with another delicious coffee treat so you can enjoy a special blend from our mountains and a touch of the delicious flavors of the Caribbean. It will be a day to remember, walking through history, enjoying the lovely architecture, sipping coffee and tasting our culture while meeting new friends. Old San Juan’s enchanting streets, located on a peninsula jutting into the Caribbean Sea, are perfect for exploring on foot – something this tour gives you ample opportunity to do. Escorted by your guide, followed by a photo stop and water break at the Rogativa monument in honour of Puerto Rican women who stymied a British invasion in 1797. The spot also affords great views of San Juan Bay, the nearby 16th-century Fortaleza and the governor’s private residence. After, we will continue our journey to Fort San Felipe del Morro, or simply El Morro, perched on the tip of the promontory. Built in the 16th century, the imposing fortress features six different lines of defence, including a water battery tower and casemate guns. After a look around, you’ll move on to the adjoining Ballajá Barracks area and then the totem dedicated to the indigenous Taíno people at the Plaza del Quinto Centenario. Right next door you’ll find San José Square and its white-fronted church, a jewel of Spanish Gothic architecture completed in 1735. You’ll also see many French- and Spanish-inspired buildings from various eras, so keep your camera at hand. The last visit on your walk will then be the mid-18th-century Chapel of Christ the Saviour before your return to the ship. Please note: The price of the tour includes admission to the San Felipe del Morro Fort. Guests are advised to ask for and keep the receipt at the Fort of San Felipe del Morro as proof of purchase.
