Tango Porteño magically recreates the city's Golden Decade of the 1940s, the most transcendental time in the history of tango. The theatre is situated in a luxurious period building that used to be a Metro Goldwyn Mayer movie theatre. Located just a few steps away from the historic Obelisco, the beloved old Metro has now been transformed into Tango Porteño, a place blending the refined decor of those golden days with great artists, unbeatable productions and first-class cuisine. This venue, which has become a symbol of the “City of Tango”, is the perfect place to enjoy dinner and an unforgettable show.

Embark on a scenic boat trip through Buenos Aires affluent northern quarters and into the delightful delta of the Paraná River. Located just 35 km away from the Buenos Aires city, the town of Tigre is the ideal starting point to visit the Paraná River delta. This group of islands and small rivers fan out to create a beautiful natural landscape, which is ideal for a variety of recreational activities. The excursion includes a boat ride along several canals of the delta, which lets you see the main staging points along a historical route through the most prosperous parts of northern Buenos Aires. Join in a comprehensive overview of Montevideo's monuments, parks and gardens. Highlights include the Old City, Constitution Square, Cathedral and Colonial Town Hall, Solis Theatre, and Independence Square. View the Government House and the Congress Building constructed between 1908 and 1925. Drive through the Prado neighborhood, one of the oldest parks in the city that hosts the famous sculpture La Diligencia, Monument to the last Charruas Indians, and the Rose Garden. Drive through the Battle and Ordonez Park, passing by the Obelisk, La Carreta (Covered Wagon) Monument and the Soccer Stadium. Tour continues through a stop at Punta Carretas Shopping Center, 60 minutes of free time. The building was the former facility of the Penitentiary of Punta Carretas ,built in 1910. In 1971, during a difficult time for the country fighting the "Tupamaros guerrillas," 111 political prisoners escaped from prison through a tunnel they had dug under the wall (including former President of Uruguay José Mujica, who was a political prisoner). In 1986, after a huge uproar, the prison was evacuated remained empty for several years. In 1992 the reform began, and in 1994, the commercial center of Punta Carretas was opened. The entrance gate is the original of the prison gate, but the rest was completely renovated. The mall has over 300 stores including clothes, jewelry, accessories, toys, electronic, photos, sportswear and a large variety of items. Return to the port.

After visiting the memorial of national hero José Gervasio Artigas in Plaza Independencia, you’ll head to Parque Batlle to admire the famous La Carreta (Oxcart) monument, the Obelisk of Montevideo and Estádio Centenário, site of the first soccer World Cup in 1930. Next photostop is the ornate Legislative Palace, followed by the beautiful Parque Prado, with its attractive gardens. Then prepare your palate for a visit to the Bouza vineyards and winery, where you’ll find out how the wine is produced before enjoying a tasting of three different wines, served with a selection of local cheeses, cold meats and freshly baked bread. A great way to round off your taste of Montevideo!

With Uruguay being one of South America’s wine-producing nations and known for first-class beef and other meat products, this appealing outing aims to deliver a taste of both for you to savour. First, you’ll board a coach for a scenic transfer to the town of Juanicó and the Juanicó Winery for a guided tour of the facility. Spread over around 120 hectares (300 acres) of land, the winery has an output to match, aided by fertile soil and a favourable microclimate. As part of your guided tour, you’ll also visit the cellars, enjoy a wine tasting session and a delicious BBQ lunch of typical Uruguayan fare. The return coach transfer will then give you a chance to relax and savour further drive-by views.

Punta Del Este is a world-renowned seaside resort, where well-known people from all over the world gather. Punta del Este has a an active and high styled social life and a vast cultural, artistic and sport programs takes place every year.- A panoramic tour passing by the residential areas, such as, Cantegril, Parque du Gold and the Hotel San Rafael, where the major congress are hold. The Tour will include a visit to Ralli Museum where there are works of South American painters and Dali sculptures. You will have approximately 30 minutes free time in downtown Punta Del Este at Av. Francia for souvenirs prior to the return to the ship.

Our excursion is going to start with a Panoramic Bus Tour through the Peninsula, with a photo stop at the famous La Mano sculpture. Our panoramic drive is going to continue throw the famous residential area such as Playa Mansa and Francia Av. before heading to Viña Edén The vineyards are located on Pueblo Eden´s stony mountains slopes. The winery was designed in 3 levels aiming at using the force of gravity to contribute to the movements of grapes and wine in the different production stages. The process starts at the highest level where grapes are received and processed, and finishes with wine maturing and aging in our cellar, nestled in the hill´s stone, which offers ideal light, temperature and moisture conditions. Arriving at the pier by tender, you'll board your coach for a lovely drive through the city's residential districts. This famous South American seaside resort is the playground for the regional jet set and a world renowned site of many film festivals and international conferences. Often referred to as the St. Tropez of Uruguay, this popular resort area, with its miles of pristine beaches, is an international favourite. One of the more interesting features of Punta Del Este is that visitors can actually see the sun rise and set in the same waters due to its location on a peninsula that extends into the ocean. Your tour will first take you along the magnificent beach areas of Playa Mansa and Playa Brava Portezuelo and then through the tree-lined residential districts of San Rafael, Cantegrill and Beverly Hills, where you can see many of the city's beautiful mansions and well-tended private gardens. Your route also passes by the Tudor-styled San Rafael Casino. A brief photo stop will be made at Punta Ballena, before returning to the Pier, where you'll find a wonderful panoramic view of the peninsula and Casa Pueblo.

Punta Del Este is world-renowned not only because of its natural resources but also for its famous visitors, such as Bush, Tony Curtis, Antony Queen, and Antonio Banderas among many others. Youll enjoy a panoramic tour by bus through a residential and natural area such as; Cantegril, Parque de Golf and San Rafael. A photo stop at the beach before heading to Punta Ballena, where you will have an inside visit of Casapueblo, home and atelier of the famous painter Carlos Paez Vilaro. The walls of Casapueblo, in a Mediterranean style, expose the wonderful collection of one of the most important contemporaneous artists. It is, without a doubt the most famous Punta Del Este excursion.

This excursion will start with a scenic drive through the most fashionable and impressive neighborhoods of Punta del Este. After tendering ashore, you will begin your tour with a panoramic promenade through this upscale resort. During this panoramic drive, we will know very interested places such as, Cantegril, San Rafael, Parque Golf , and Beverly Hills. We will have a photo stop at La Barra de Maldonado, known for its unique hanging bridges. Your drive will take you also to know some of the Puntas natural wonders  its beaches.
