Combine a pleasant walk in the fresh air with an exploration of some of Barcelona's most notable sights on an outing that begin with a short coach ride from the port. You'll then set off on a guided stroll, with the first landmark being the Columbus Monument at the lower end of La Rambla avenue. The 60 m/197 ft. monument was constructed in 1888 in honour of Columbus' first voyage to the New World. You'll then continue down La Rambla en route to Barcelona's Barri Gòtic and the Neoclassical town hall at Plaça Sant Jaume. Next up are outside views of the Gothic Cathedral of Santa Eulàlia - Barcelona Cathedral - and information on this key site. Last on your walking itinerary is Plaça de Catalunya in the middle of town, just the place to indulge in a little retail therapy. At this point, you can choose whether to remain in the city and make your own way back to the ship or to join your guide on the walk back down La Rambla to board the coach for the transfer back to the port.

Get up close and personal with the streets and iconic sights of Barcelona, from the saddle of a bike. As you follow your bike leader around the city's network of cycle paths, you'll find it's a really relaxed way of exploring. Enjoy great views of the harbour and have a glimpse of Montjuic castle from below, marvel at Antoni Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece, the immense Sagrada Familia, and trundle past quirky boutiques, antique shops, and tiny tapas bars in the city's Gothic Quarter. Cycle to the Museum of Art, and past the Olympic Harbour, and see the Statue of Columbus, the Arc de Triumph and Gaudí's wave-shaped Casa Mila townhouse. You'll also visit Las Ramblas, the famous boulevard buzzing with flower sellers, street artists and buskers, and there'll be time for a refuelling stop at a tapas or seafood bar along the way too.

E stands for easy-going, entertaining, and electrically assisted - three terms that also describe the nature of this half-day tour, which sets out to present the very best of Barcelona from a variety of perspectives. The first of your electrically assisted exploration aids will come in the form of an eBike, which you will pick up and then use to ride through the city and up to the cable car station at the top of Montjuïc Hill, the best vantage point for views of the city. You will also get to have an outside look at the 17th-century Montjuïc Castle before heading back down the hill by cable car to reach the seaside to taste tapas with a drink. You will then pass through Ciutadella Park and the magnificent Arc de Triomf en route to one of Antoni Gaudí's most celebrated architectural designs: the Sagrada Família. You will have some free time to explore before moving on to the elegant Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona's most notable boulevards with external view of Casa Milà.

End your cruise on a high note by taking this opportunity to touch base with the fascinating city of Barcelona before you catch your flight at El Prat International Airport. You'll be able to relax on board a modern coach while the sights of Barcelona are paraded past your eyes. The route will take you past the Passeig de Gràcia boulevard, Gaudí's unfinished Sagrada Família and Plaça de Catalunya in the centre of town. Then, heading out of town, you'll reach Montjuïc Hill for a photo stop to enjoy incredible views of Barcelona. Returning to the city again, you'll then get to stretch your legs on a guided walk through the old Barri Gòtic and have some free time to spend on your own. The tour ultimately draws to a close with your transfer to El Prat International Airport.

An entertaining day of cultural sightseeing awaits you here, starting with a 1.5-hour coach ride to the historical city of Girona. You'll head for the excellently preserved Jewish quarter for an external look at the Isaac el Cec Jewish Centre, the site of 12th-century Romanesque baths, also called the Arab Baths due to their Moorish appearance. Moving on again, you'll then head for the town of Figueres, the birthplace of Salvador Dalí. Once in town, you'll first have time to get lunch on your own, after which you'll pay the fascinating Dalí Theatre and Museum a visit. The museum incorporates the building that housed the town's theatre during Dalí's childhood and is also the place where one of the young artist's first public exhibitions was staged. Apart from giving you a chance to view a huge collection of Dalí works, including 3D installations like the Rainy Taxi and the anamorphic room  the Sala Mae West  in which the face of Mae West is revealed when viewed from a certain angle, the museum is also Dalí's final resting place with the crypt located under the stage. The tour then wraps up with your return to Barcelona and your ship. Please note: this tour is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties or using a wheelchair.

Make a date with Barcelona to explore the beautiful cityscape, enjoy a taste of Iberian flavours and take a ride on the underground on this culture-centric outing. After meeting your guide, you'll first take a shuttle bus to reach the drop-off point in the city centre. Then you'll continue your journey by underground to take a look at the amazing Sagrada Família, masterminded by the visionary architect Antoni Gaudí and yet to be finished. You'll also have some time to spend as you please before continuing on by underground to Plaza Universidad, the perfect starting point for a stroll down the famous Las Ramblas avenue. Moving on again, you can then check out the bustling Boqueria Market on your own after a briefing by your guide. Next up is a real taste of Barcelona at Moniberic, an establishment founded to showcase delicious Iberian hams. Try three jamóns plus a drink before walking through the historical Barri Gòtic to El Born, where mouth-watering tapas await you. Finally, you'll catch a shuttle bus back to the ship.

This family-friendly tour offers half a day of seeing the best city sights, but without putting the usual strain on your feet since you will mostly be comfortably seated on a modern coach. The tour begins at Barcelona's Columbus monument, situated at one end of La Rambla Avenue. You'll then head down the equally magnificent Passeig de Gràcia boulevard before continuing your sightseeing with more attractions on the list including the Sagrada Família, Casa Milà and Casa Batlló, all designed by Antoni Gaudí: your guide will call attention to them as you pass by. After passing through the Olympic ring, splendid views of the city follow from Montjuïc hill, where a short photo stop is scheduled. You will then move on to the Port Vell district to visit Barcelona Aquarium, a huge facility that supports around 11.000 animals representing 450 species of marine wildlife. Be sure to check out the shark tunnel and tanks with rays and other large fish during your unguided visit, after which you'll still have time to do some shopping at the co-located Maremàgnum shopping mall. The tour then wraps up with your return to the ship.

Bottoms up  Jerez is the home of sherry and we will drink to your health during this fun half day outing! Enjoy a 45-minute drive to Jerez de la Frontera, a small, pretty town some 50 km from Cadiz. Visit the wine cellars and learn more about the famous Jerez sherry. Have fun spotting the signatures of celebrities that have visited the wine cellars and keep your eyes open for the glass of wine and cheese that is on the floor for the cellar mouse! We will end the excursion with a sightseeing tour of Jerez before returning to port.

Undoubtedly, the best way to explore the city of Cadiz is on foot. This guided tour starts near the port in the "Plaza de España" and takes in the "Plaza de la Mina", the outside of the Museum of Cadiz and "Calle Ancha" where we will stop and admire the XIX century palaces. We will also pass through the lovely walled "San Juan de Dios" Square, located close to the sea and with a magnificent marble fountain. Continue to the Town Hall and Cathedral for exterior visit. You will have some free time to stroll the city before returning to the port.

Upon leaving the port of Cadiz, a 2-hour drive will take you to Seville and your first stop: a guided visit to the city's impressive Gothic Cathedral, the world's third-largest church. The tour then continues on foot to Barrio de Santa Cruz, Seville's Jewish quarter, which is characterised by its quaint, narrow streets and typical local patios. Next up is a stop at Pilato's House, a palace dating back to the 15th century that combines Andalusian and Italian Renaissance architectural styles. The palace boasts a splendid patio with 24 arches housing the busts of important Roman emperors. During your visit, you will be fascinated by the beauty of the precious azulejos that adorn the palace. After the visit, enjoy a stop in a local restaurant to have lunch. The tour continues with a visit to Maria Luisa's Park and the Plaza de España, which is surrounded by luxurious pavilions that date back to the Latin-American exposition of 1929.

Founded on a narrow slice of land jutting out into the Gulf of Cadiz, the eponymous city effortlessly blends the narrow alleyways of its historical quarters with the generously dimensioned avenues of its modern districts. This informative and entertaining sightseeing tour will take you to see the city's key cultural highlights. After visiting the Plaza de España and the co-located Monument to the Constitution of 1812 near the port itself, your tour continues on to the old city walls and then to the Oratory of San Felipe, a church featuring an elliptical plan and ornate Baroque altar ledges, for an external viewing. A visit to Cadiz Cathedral and Museum follows: built between 1722 and 1838 on the site of an older cathedral that was destroyed by fire in 1596. The Cathedral is a blend of Baroque and Neo-Classical architectural styles and is crowned by a beautiful golden cupola, a landmark that is as characteristic of the Cadiz skyline as the pyramids are of Egypt. A short stroll down to the lovely San Juan de Dios Square and past the Town Hall concludes your tour before returning to your ship.

A stunning panoramic tour of Cadiz, the most ancient city in Western Europe and a member of the Most Ancient Towns Network, awaits you for drive-by viewings of the city's strikingly beautiful plazas, important buildings and historical monuments. The city also boasts an ancient Roman theatre, an 18th-century watchtower and the vestiges of the old town wall. You will have a chance to visit Cadiz Cathedral, a fascinating building merging various architectural styles. Baroque, Rococo and Neoclassical elements come together here to form an eclectic mix of outstanding beauty. Keeping the best until last, the tour highlight is a live flamenco show. This authentic demonstration of Andalusia's traditional dance ends your tour before returning you to your ship.

Medina Sidonia - one of the famous "White Villages" - is your first destination on this half-day outing. Among the oldest cities in Europe, it was used as a military defence over the centuries due to its high location. Following a lovely 45-minute scenic drive, you'll reach this enchanting city to begin your explorations with a short guided walking tour through the narrow, cobblestone streets. Leaving Medina Sidonia behind, your tour will continue to Arcos de La Frontera, located on a rocky promontory with breath-taking views over the surrounding countryside. Start your walking tour, immersed in the labyrinth of steep, narrow streets and exceptional architecture of its Arabic past. You'll then be able to enjoy some free time on your own before walking down to your coach for the drive back to the port.

After leaving the port, your tour begins with an enjoyable 2-hour drive through the Spanish countryside to Seville, a stunning Spanish city and the capital of the autonomous community of Andalusia. Independent travellers will appreciate having plenty of free time to explore this lovely city at their leisure. The old part of town is the largest in Spain and covers almost 4 square kilometres and Seville harbour, approx. 80 km from the coast, is Spains only river port. Whether you check out the monuments and historical buildings, visit the beautiful Cathedral of Seville, which is also the final resting place of Christopher Columbus, or simply stroll through the elegant streets and squares, especially of the charming Jewish Quarter, you will find Seville is an all-round delight. Make the most of a day spent under the Spanish sun, soaking up the authentic Andalusian atmosphere.

Inhabited for thousands of years, A Coruna has so much to explore - from prehistoric Celtic ruins and a Roman lighthouse, to prestigious modern shops. And a cycle tour really lets you immerse yourself in its vibrant history. Leaving the port, you'll ride along the promenade - the longest in Europe - past the Castle of San Antón to the Parque de la Torre. There you can admire the Roman lighthouse known as the Tower of Hercules, one of the city's most famous landmarks. On the way to the popular city beaches, you'll pass the Casa Del Hombre Museum. A short climb will then take you to the top of the hill called Monte San Pedro, where you will have a break to enjoy fine views of La Coruna. Continuing back down through the Santa Margherita Park and along Avenida de la Marina, you'll come to the city centre. At the elegant Plaza de María Pita and City Hall, you'll have the opportunity to explore on your own before returning to your ship through the old town.

The busy Galician port and city of La Coruña is situated on a promontory at the entrance of an estuary on the Atlantic Ocean, affording the visitor gorgeous views of the bay and the ocean. This tour will take you through on a 2.5/3-hour drive across the attractive Normandy countryside to the wonderful Mont Saint Michel, known as "the wonder of the west" due to its unique island setting, rich history and beautiful architecture. As the bay is partially silted up, the mount is usually viewed surrounded by huge sand banks, which shift with the tides. The abbey's origins date back to the early VIII century when Archangel Michael appeared to the bishop of Avranches and this vision led to the construction of a series of beautiful buildings dedicated to the archangel. After visiting the Abbey and the church, you can walk along the ramparts that offer a fine view of the bay and the abbey gardens. Time allowed for exploring and purchasing souvenirs before returning to Le Havre.

This is certainly a day when you should have your camera at the ready as we will set off for an unforgettable trip around one of the most beautiful cities in the Baltic. Our first stop will be in Pushkin, a town founded in the 18th century as summer residence of the Russian tsars. Here we will visit Catherine's Palace, which dates back to 1717 when Catherine I of Russia asked the German architect Braunstein to build a summer palace. Over the years, the plans for the Palace were expanded and then, founded to be outdated by Empress Elizabeth, were replaced by a much grander edifice in a lavish Rococo style. We will spend time visiting this sumptuous residence and its glorious park. More sights are in store in St. Petersburg as we visit St. Isaac's Cathedral, which, when it was built in 1818-1858 was the largest church in the Russian Empire. Break from sightseeing with a delicious typical Russian lunch. Art lovers will be in their element during the afternoon, which includes nearly 1,5 hours in some of the halls of the world-class Hermitage Museum, home to three million works of art. The final attraction of the day is the Peter and Paul Fortress; built in 1703, this former citadel of the town sits on a small island in the Neva River. The elegant city of Bath with its stately, honey-coloured Georgian architecture and which nestles amid quintessentially English rolling countryside, features among England's most beautiful places to visit. The Romans transformed Bath into England's first spa resort and it was revived as a chic spa town in the XVIII century. After leaving Southampton, a 2-hour scenic coach drive will take you to Bath where you will have a short panoramic drive and a brief orientation walk to admire the charming Pulteney Bridge, built 1769-74, the only bridge in England with shops on both sides and which features three arches and a central Venetian window. Your guide will point out key sights and provide an historic overview during the sightseeing tour. Then plenty of time will be yours to spend in the town. Take yourself off the ship for half a day, hop on an electric bike and prepare to pedal your way around the best bits of Southampton, famed as Europe's cruise capital. Following your guide from the port, you'll first cycle along the shopping promenade to reach the East and West Parks, where you'll also find the Titanic Engineers' Memorial. Pedalling on, the route then takes you past the City Art Gallery and out of town to Southampton Commons, the largest park in the area with extensive meadows, natural lakes, and diverse fauna. After passing the Highfield and Avenue Campuses of Southampton University, you'll be able to enjoy a break in one of the nearby pubs. The tour then continues through small parks close to the River Itchen, then past the Southampton Hall of Aviation and the Ocean Village Marina to the centre of the old city. After a guided walk around the town, you will have time on your own, perhaps to visit the Cathedral or to taste some food in the many assorted eateries before returning to the port.

Get off the ship, leave the port and prepare to spend a day in one of the most iconic and important cities of the world: London, "The Big Smoke". An enjoyable 2.5-hour coach drive will take you to the British capital city where you will meet your guide. Next, you will start on an itinerary covering the main attractions and giving you the opportunity to see some of the most iconic symbols of London: the friendly "bobbies" and the red buses, only to mention a few. Take your camera ready to catch snapshots of Westminster Parliament with the landmark clock tower of Big Ben. During your sightseeing tour, you will admire most of London key attractions before having some free time for individual exploration or for independent lunch in Covent Garden area with shopping opportunities. Your day in London will conclude with a relaxed unguided coach drive to the port of Southampton.

Discover Southampton's historic buildings and its links with the legendary RMS Titanic on this fascinating walking tour. The Titanic pulled away from the White Star dock in Southampton for the start of her maiden voyage on 10th April 1912. Five days later in the early hours of 15th April she sank after striking an iceberg. The disaster made headlines across the world and had a devastating effect on the people of Southampton. Of the 724 crew which lived within in the area - only 175 returned home. Your interesting walking tour commences from the pier. A leisurely stroll will take you through Queen's Park and past the luxury flats which used to be the old South Western Hotel. This hotel was the accommodation for First-Class passengers before embarking on the majestic liner. Close by are the old White Star offices where Southampton residents gathered in the hundreds, waiting day after day for news of loved ones. A walk along Oxford Street will take you past some of the drinking establishments enjoyed by the ill-fated crew including The Grapes pub, which is where filming took place for the famous "Titanic" movie.
